A big treat but no trick with this Halloween Balloon Bouquet.  This bouquet offers an assortment of round and shaped foil balloon with latex balloons tied to a weight.

All of our balloons come inflated with helium and are available for delivery in the Portland - Gresham- Milwaukie - Beaverton Metro area. Individual balloons must be purchased in an amount greater than $30.00 for delivery. Balloon Bouquets include boxed candy or microwave popcorn as an anchor. You may also purchase different anchors for your balloon bouquet such as flowers or candy.
