Take our Frozen 2 Bouquet of Balloons and add 6 Frozen latex balloons for something extraordinary.    Latex balloons may differ based in availability.

Please note latex balloons are not allowed at any hospital in the Portland area and we will substitute as necessary. 

All of our balloons come inflated with helium and are available for delivery in the Portland - Gresham- Milwaukie - Beaverton Metro area. Individual balloons must be purchased in an amount greater than $30.00 for delivery. Balloon Bouquets include boxed candy or microwave popcorn as an anchor. You may also purchase different anchors for your balloon bouquet such as flowers or candy.
