This Elmo Birthday Mylar Balloon can be given as a Birthday gift alone or can be added to one of our Balloon Bouquets.  We have several Sesame Street balloons to complete your balloon bouquet or to add to our Elmo Birthday Balloon Bouquet to customize your gift.

All of our balloons come inflated with helium and are available for delivery in the Portland - Gresham- Milwaukie - Beaverton Metro area. Individual balloons must be purchased in an amount greater than $30.00 for delivery. Balloon Bouquets include boxed candy or microwave popcorn as an anchor. You may also purchase different anchors for your balloon bouquet such as flowers or candy.
