 This is the same bouquet as the Disney Frozen Bouquet Of Balloons with the birthday balloons in place of the 18" Disney Frozen Anna & Elsa balloons witch could be added as an upgrade along with the Disney Frozen Olaf which could be added too.  This is one of our best selling bouquets.

All of our balloons come inflated with helium and are available for delivery in the Portland - Gresham- Milwaukie - Beaverton Metro area. Individual balloons must be purchased in an amount greater than $30.00 for delivery. Balloon Bouquets include boxed candy or microwave popcorn as an anchor. You may also purchase different anchors for your balloon bouquet such as flowers or candy.

    My granddaughter loved the balloons, and since I could not be there for her actual day, this was GREAT! she let me know (she is 3) that she knew I had sent them to her, and they made her so happy!

    These balloons were being delivered to OHSU Hospital. I really appreciated the phone call asking if I knew that 2 of the small Frozen balloons said, "Happy Birthday!" She offered to take them out and replace them and it looked great! Thank you so much for this excellent service!! Our granddaughter LOVED them!
