Celebrate with balloons!! This ballon artists choice balloon bouquet will contain a minimum of two Congratulations mylar\foil balloons surrounded by six latex balloons. The balloons will be anchored to a weight. Mylar ballon designs will vary. Please contact us by phone to request specific colors.

All of our balloons come inflated with helium and are available for delivery in the Portland - Gresham- Milwaukie - Beaverton Metro area. Individual balloons must be purchased in an amount greater than $30.00 for delivery. Balloon Bouquets include boxed candy or microwave popcorn as an anchor. You may also purchase different anchors for your balloon bouquet such as flowers or candy.
