The actual Marquee balloon may differ based on availability.  The two celebrate balloon have been discontinued for years and we have been substituting Polka Dot Birthday Holographic balloon for some time now.  We just need to make a new image with the new balloons.

All of our balloons come inflated with helium and are available for delivery in the Portland - Gresham- Milwaukie - Beaverton Metro area. Individual balloons must be purchased in an amount greater than $30.00 for delivery. Balloon Bouquets include boxed candy or microwave popcorn as an anchor. You may also purchase different anchors for your balloon bouquet such as flowers or candy.
