Product Description
This ballon artists choice balloon bouquet will contain a minimum of two Happy Birthday foil/mylar balloons surrounded by six latex balloons. The balloons will be anchored to a weight. Mylar ballon designs will vary. Please contact us by phone to request specific colors at 888-292-7714. We use Qualatex Latex Balloons. They are the highest quality latex balloons available. We also use Hi-Float in all bouquets for delivery. Hi-Float is non toxic and cleans up with water should a balloon explode. Some people do have latex allergies so please order with care. Most hospitals and some business do not allow latex balloons because of alergies. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
All of our balloons come inflated with helium and are available for delivery in the Portland - Gresham- Milwaukie - Beaverton Metro area. Individual balloons must be purchased in an amount greater than $30.00 for delivery. Balloon Bouquets include boxed candy or microwave popcorn as an anchor. You may also purchase different anchors for your balloon bouquet such as flowers or candy.

Your delivery person did a great job. The adult care home where my nephew lives apparently had a gate and he went above and beyond in making the delivery.
I was happy with the balloons, but the inclusion of a birthday boy balloon for a 46 year old man would not have been my choice.
Overall very satisfied with your service!

The bouquet was really adorable for a special 1st B-day, but was also super nice was the fact I had the wrong date and they helped me out! They got my message early that morning and got right on it for a one day delivery. She put all mylar balloons in place of latex due t the extreme heatwave!

Even during the Covid19 issues, this company did an excellent job of delivering a beautiful bouquet of balloons to my Granddaughter for her birthday. I couldn't be with her to celebrate her special day, but the surprise balloon delivery really cheered her up. Thank you, Portland Balloons. Your number is in my directory :)
