This balloon is huge, over three feet.  The front of the bottle on the lable says "Celebrate" and the back side is left empty so you can write on it with a marker.

All of our balloons come inflated with helium and are available for delivery in the Portland - Gresham- Milwaukie - Beaverton Metro area. Individual balloons must be purchased in an amount greater than $30.00 for delivery. Balloon Bouquets include boxed candy or microwave popcorn as an anchor. You may also purchase different anchors for your balloon bouquet such as flowers or candy.
